Fog on the Niagara Escarpment.

Monochrome Monday is going back a week when I went down to Colpoy’s Bay for the sunrise. There was layers of fog on the Niagara Escarpment across the bay which caught my eye.

It was monochromatic when I took the photo so it was planned as as a possible post for Monochrome Monday. Another shot from when I was in a retro mood and was using a selection of manual focus primes.

Layers of fog.

    1. To be honest I’ve never really followed the various rules of composition. I frame the shot in the way that works for me. I was a bit disappointed with the tones because the Escarpment was in shadow. At this time of year the sun rises behind that side of the bay.
