Awesome scenery, but you must have been frozen solid taking the picture!?
Thanks. I don’t remember it being that cold. I do remember some -40° temperatures at a different lake the previous winter.
Ouch!
Looks pretty inviting, with a forecast high of 100 tomorrow!
I was thinking about that when I posted. We’re supposed to be at 88 degrees tomorrow and over the weekend.
Great shot and colour of the sky!
Thank you.
wow extraordinary photograph . . you’ve cooled me down perfectly with this shot 🙂
Thanks Becky. If it stays hot I’ll have to dig out a -40° shot or two.
That is an amazing photo David – Are those colours from the camera or edited? Either what that is a fantastic shot.
Thanks Stuart. Pretty much as shot. It’s a film original from the late 1990s so it was probably Fujichrome Velvia which was particularly good at blues. I always liked it for birds on water as it gave nice blue water.
Ah very cool! Not a film I’ve ever shot I don’t think, although I do live slide film.
This is amazing! Love the blue hues!!
Thank you.
