Lens-Artists Photo Challenge: Framing The Shot

This is my contribution to the Lens-Artists Photo Challenge: Framing The Shot.

I had a couple of ideas for the challenge but nothing that stood out. But inspiration came when I was working on my Monochrome Monday post.

That’s when I realised that the wooden structure on Berford Street in Wiarton would make a real, if somewhat large, frame. So on Sunday afternoon I positioned myself to be looking out at the street through the structure.

Thanks Leya. The most difficult part was deciding which car/SUV/truck and which motorcycle/trike to include. In the end the colourful surfboard made the car the pick and I picked the trike because it was heading in the opposite direction to the other shots.
