oh my . . . now that’s ice!!!
Not really. I wouldn’t want to drive on it but I have driven a truck across a frozen lake in Saskatchewan. Some people drive their pick-up trucks out onto the ice to ice fish around here some winters.
ooh not sure I’d be brave enough!!
There’s probably a calculation to work out how thick the ice has to be to support a certain amount of weight but once the ice gets to be a couple of feet thick you don’t worry about it.
