Monochrome Monday travels back a couple of weeks to the first Sunday of November.
I had gone down to the Colpoy’s Bay shoreline for the sunrise to find some interesting cloud formations but little colour in the sky.
Taken with the telephoto lens in my lightweight kit of three manual focus primes to isolate some of the clouds and some interesting bands of light on the water.
It shows the mouth of Colpoy’s Bay with White Cloud Island merging with the base of the Niagara Escarpment. The face of the escarpment is visible close to the right edge of the shot.

That’s a big sky!
One of the recent stormy skies.
