Are you sure this isn’t a painting!
Quite sure. I wouldn’t have been stood out there in the cold watching in the teens of Whitetail Deer in a nearby field while waiting for the moon to rise.
beautiful photography
Thanks Becky. I should say that it was planned, I had scouted the location previously so set up the tripod and waited for the moon to rise.
Now that’s dedication to your art
Wonderful colours! I have a moonlight photo today as well (tonight she is full, so I guess it had to happen) but mine is very grey indeed.
Mine was taken on Fuji Velvia film which had a tendency to go blue once the sun was below the horizon. While waiting for the moon to rise I was photographing some Whitetail Deer and the snow covered land is blue with a pink sky in those shots.
Simply exquisite
Thanks Sandy. I wasn’t sure how it would look when cropped square but it seems work.
Quite well I’d say.
Wow! Brilliant photo!
Thanks, it was an interesting evening. There was in the teens of Whitetail Deer in a nearby field while I was waiting for the moon to rise.
