January Squares: Green-light

This is my day 24 contribution to Becky’s January Squares: Light photo challenge and although it’s hyphenated it isn’t one of my made up hyphenated words.

To green-ligh means giving something the go ahead. Most commonly used in T.V. and film production it comes from green traffic lights giving vehicles the go ahead. This green-light is on the junction of Berford Street and William Street in Wiarton on the South Bruce Peninsula, Ontario, Canada.

Exactly! Had been looking at various stoplights with that plan in mind, but then decided given how much else is coming to a full stop that day here in the UK, that I will do something uplifting instead ☺️
