This is a contribution to Jez Braithwaite’s Water Water Everywhere: #12 Photo Challenge.
I have to admit that I had completely overlooked this photo. It was the eighth shot taken with my then new Olympus E-410. The fourth shot was used in a tourist guide to the area and I was approached by a camera magazine wanting to use the eleventh shot which I had posted online. I have no idea why I overlooked this shot until now.

Wow! Absolutely gorgeous! A place of dreams.
Thank you. I was living a few blocks from that section of the Lake Huron shoreline at the time.
Beautiful shot, love the colours, David đ You must’ve enjoyed living there đ
Thanks Jez. It was nice being so close to most things. Now we’re in the bush it’s a 5 minute drive just to get out of the trees and see a horizon.
I have no idea either, other than you must have been spoilt for choice! It’s glorious.
Thanks Susan. To be honest I wasn’t expecting much from the morning. I was really down there to test the new camera and the plastic kit lenses that came with it.
