I had a few ideas for the A Photo a Week Challenge: Landscape prompt.
In the end I decided to keep it simple and go with a small, varied selection of photos.
A rainbow over a barn on the South Bruce Peninsula, Ontario, Canada in the autumn.
Storm clouds and light beams, Loch Arkaig, Scotland.
Autumn colour on the side of Bickerton Hill, Cheshire, England.
Hoarfrost covered trees on snow covered farmland at sunrise. Punnichy, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Storm clouds over Lake Huron with Chantry Island on the horizon. Southampton, Ontario, Canada.
A touch of autumn colour on the South Bruce Peninsula, Ontario, Canada.

Beautiful, the rainbow, storm clouds and hill views particularly catching my eye this afternoon
Thanks Becky. I really should have come up with a theme so selecting what to include would have been easier.
So many beautiful photos! Hard to pick a favorite. I love moody cloud formations, so the storm over Lake Huron has me captivated.
Thank you. I’d much rather have interesting clouds than blue skies.
These are incredibly beautiful. Thanks for identifying the location of each. I like all of them, but the snowy scene is my favorite. You must use a filter to keep that from blowing out?? Beautiful.
Thank you. There was no filter for the snow scene, it’s a film shot from the late 1990s and was taken with a long telephoto lens as I couldn’t get any closer due to the snow.
