I had 3/4 of an idea for the One Word Sunday: Fraction prompt so went with 4/3 ratio photos.
6/10 of a Pine cone photographed with a 25mm CCTV lens adapted to a mirrorless camera.
9/20 of a Sunflower.
13/20 of a cup of coffee. This version was photographed with a 25mm CCTV lens adapted to a mirrorless camera.
11/20 of a juvenile Pine Siskin. I thought of this fraction when I was captioning the Pine cone fraction.

Very clever! And beautiful too. Now you’ve got me thinking about trying out a CCTV lens
Thanks Debbie. I’ve been experimenting with adapting various lenses to a couple of mirrorless cameras for some time but it occurred to me that I had never tried the CCTV lenses for close ups despite the 35mm CCTV lens coming with two screw on extension tubes. As all my CCTV lenses have the same screw mount the extension tubes will work with any of the three.
Lovely set!
Thanks Sue. Once I came up with an idea for the prompt it was fun.
Result!
After I posted Debbie made a comment about fractions of a whole and I started thinking about some of the mammals emerging from burrows and other holes rather than whole.
😊😊
🙂 Well done.

Thanks Janet. It was an interesting prompt. Since I posted I have come up with a couple more ideas.
Beautiful photos
Thanks Alice. It was an interesting challenge once I had a theme to work on.
[…] intriguing fraction that I am sure was watching me; Brian who gave us a beautiful and serene half; David who gave us some beauties, plus a lens idea; and Janet for a tasty fraction beautifully […]
