This is my day 16 contribution to Becky’s April Squares: Top photo challenge.
A rainbow tops a barn on the South Bruce Peninsula, Ontario. It actually a double rainbow with a weak secondary one behind the main rainbow.

stunning – thought the second one was my screen doing things until I read your description! Hope you found the pot of gold
Thanks Becky. I followed the storm and rainbow up the road. A minute earlier it had been over some nice autumn colour trees but I decided it wasn’t safe to stop the car as it was on a bend close to a junction and it was a downpour at the time.
ah the challenge when in the car. Glad you kept going though as otherwise would not have had this lovely shot
I was thinking about the barn when I decided that stopping at the autumn colour wasn’t safe.
Making hay while the sun shines, David 🙂 🙂 Gorgeous capture.
Thanks Jo. You wouldn’t think it but a minute earlier there was thunder crashing and torrential rain.
That is a marvellous rainbow!
Thanks. I was following it up the road and stopped the car once I wasn’t on a bend and the rain had eased off a bit.
Double rainbow 😀 Beauutiful photo 😀
Thanks Cee. The double rainbow was already fading when I stopped the car and grabbed the camera from the back seat.
Gorgeous!!! ❤
Thank you.
