Lens-Artists Photo Challenge: At Home

This is my contribution to the Lens-Artists Photo Challenge: At Home.

As I had been in hospital for two days when the challenge was posted I decided to go with a small selection of photos from my walks around the neighborhood in the past few months.

Thanks Amy. I had limited options with being stuck in hospital. There seemed to be some improvement in my condition over the weekend but I seem to have slipped back today.

It must be very difficult being stuck in hospital. It may take a few days… Take easy, David.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful photos while you are in the hospital.

It doesn’t help that the hospital is in lockdown so no visitors allowed and I have so little energy working on the tablet tires me out.

Thanks Sandy. Things are looking up, I was transferred to another hospital to see a cardiologist who restarted my heart. So far the heart is behaving itself.

Thanks Tina. I photographed that ivy so many times with a wide range of lenses I could probably do a post on just that Ivy. Hopefully restarting my heart yesterday afternoon will be the start of my recovery.

Hope you are feeling better, David, and soon coming home! A lovely series from nature walks – and the ivy image is wonderful. I would not mind an ivy – post…

Thanks Ann-Christine. The Ivy was a favourite subject for me, some greenery in winter. I would sometimes detour on a walk to check it out. I think I’m on the right track for recovery now although don’t expect to get out of the hospital anytime soon.

I saw that after I wrote my comment and pressed send. Duh! Still a nice picture. It’s going to be 111 here today. A little snow would be welcome. 🙂
