Welcome to my second Macro Monday.
These are Large White Butterfly eggs on the underside of a Nasturtium leaf in Hatherton, Cheshire.
These eggs are tiny and were photographed with the high magnification OM Zuiko 38mm macro lens.

Really? Looks like a fruit 🍇
I watched the female Large White Butterfly lay them. That’s how I knew they were there.
Well, you have captured it beautifully 👍
Brilliant capture. I wonder how many eventually became butterflies!
Thanks Becky. They all hatched although how many caterpillars survived to pupate I don’t know.
I expected you to follow every one!
I will be following the development over the next few Macro Monday posts.
Oh how wonderful 👏
