My Flora and Fauna Friday post this week is a Borage (Borago officinalis) flower and buds. An alternative common English name is Starflower.
A popular cottage garden plant it is now being grown commercially to produce Borage Seed Oil. This specimen was photographed in a garden in Nantwich, Cheshire, England.
