Weekly Prompts: Greenery

This is my contribution to the Weekly Prompts Weekend Challenge: Greenery.

When the challenge was posted on Saturday morning we had had 33 hours of snow and it was still snowing. Various roads in the area are closed as I work on this post.

So I decided to look back at last summer and autumn to see if there was any greenery images I had edited for a blog post and then never used. These are all from my walks around the neighborhood with a camera.

Good examples of greenery. I love the ivy on the tree. The plant has always fascinated me. I have lots growing up and along walls and trees, and all began life as cuttings from a couple of long lasting trailing house plants.

Thanks Sue. I have a couple of spots for ivy on my walks around the neighborhood. The ivy growing up the tree trunk has been a regular subject since I started testing various lenses adapted to a mirrorless camera.
