This is my contribution to Cee’s Midweek Madness Challenge: Pick a Topic from my Photo prompt.
I went with a mixture of tools and the colour brown.

When I read the prompt for the Friendly Friday Photo Challenge: Yellow one subject came to mind immediately.
For the past few years I have been photographing a giant yellow butterfly garden ornament on my walks around the neighborhood. I briefly considered going with a small selection of photos of the decorative butterfly until remembering two more yellow objects I have photographed on my walks this month.
The butterfly taken with a telephoto lens and given a selective colour treatment.
A yellow bicycle decorating a shed.
A yellow road sign in the snow.
The butterfly taken with a wide angle lens making use of a blue sky.
When I read the prompt for Cee’s Black and White Photo Challenge: Bicycles, Tricycles, Motorcycles and Unicycles I had several ideas for a post.
Having photographed various forms of motorcycle racing in the 1970s and 1980s I had hundreds of black and white photos to pick from. So, of course, I decided to go with monochrome versions of two photos featuring bicycles from last summer.
Passing a Porsche and a Corvette on a bicycle. High Street, Southampton, Ontario.
An old bicycle being used as a decoration for a garden shed on the South Bruce Peninsula, Ontario.
This is my contribution to the Weekly Prompts Photo Challenge: Bottles.
I vaguely remembered seeing a Coca-Cola bottle on a garden shed on one of my walks testing various lenses adapted to a mirrorless camera in the summer. So I decided to go for a walk to check the shed out.
Imagine my surprise when I found a variety of bottles on the shed.
