I was trying to come up with a post when I thought about the giant butterfly garden ornaments I walk past sometimes.

They were inaccessible due to the snow for months so it’s nice to see they survived the winter.

On seeing the prompt I seemed to recall a 1950s horror movie called The Blob so I thought I would have some fun with it.

After a few days of spring like weather winter returned last Friday.

However, that hasn’t stopped the summer birds appearing. We had at least half a dozen Dark-eyed Juncos around the yard on Friday.
